All our rooms are comfortably furnished with mostly antique furniture and feature pleasant sitting areas as well as comfortable beds with feather duvets and pillows.  Non-allergenic alternatives available on request.  Heating is fully adjustable within each room and versatile lighting options can be enjoyed according to mood and purpose.  Fresh flowers, mineral water, hair dryers, fans and digital radios are also provided. Room 2 looks out over the old tram-turning circle of Manor Road and up the hill to the Old Town whilst Rooms 3 and 4 enjoy views over the rear garden. The shower and bathrooms are all newly fitted and have fully pressurized showers as well as a good range of quality toiletries.

Deposits:  payable by cheque or through Paypal.

Balance on departure payable either in cash or by cheque. Deposits are only refundable in case of cancellation if the room is re-let
